The condo is located on the first floor above the lobby level, with easy elevator access and a short flight of stairs down to ground level for those who would rather make the quick walk up or down a few steps to get to and from the beach.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is currently undergoing renovation. Daily rates are typically between $325 and $855 while weekly rates are normally $1,500 to $4,285 depending upon when you wish to visit. During the remodeling process, this unit is available for rent on a limited basis and rates will be adjusted accordingly.
Sales & Use Taxes: The rates listed above do not include applicable sales and use taxes, which currently total 10.5% - calculated by combining the 6% Maryland State Sales Tax and the 4.5% Worcester County Room Tax (occupancy tax) on rentals of less than 4 months and 1 day.
Security Deposit: Renters have the option of paying either a non-refundable $50 charge to purchase accidental damage insurance (option 1) or a $450 refundable security deposit (option 2).
Additional Fees & Charges: Depending upon the time of year, your length of stay, and/or method of payment, additional charges may apply. For example, the Sea Watch Condominium Association charges a $40 non-refundable parking fee, which may be waived during winter months, to cover the costs of 24-hour security, for one vehicle, in the parking garage. And, a $65 processing fee would normally apply to all condo rentals. Please ask for details of all applicable fees or charges when making a reservation or requesting additional information.
